Baked Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 3-4 potatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 5 green bell peppers
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
Pour all the chopped ingredients into a suitable baking dish.
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the vegetables, then mix well.
Lightly press with hands, smooth out, and cover with parchment paper.
Place in a preheated 190-degree oven to bake.
When almost done, remove from oven, stir once, and return to oven without parchment paper.
Bake a bit more and remove from oven.
