Chiapudding with Colorful Fruit Layers
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp acai powder
- few leaves of red cabbage
- banana
- coconut milk
- chia seeds
- some maple syrup
- mango
- pear
- kale
- spinach
- kiwifruit
- matcha
Preparation
For purple, mix 1/2 tsp acai powder, few leaves of red cabbage, and banana.
For white, mix coconut milk with chia seeds and add some maple syrup.
For yellow, mix mango, banana, and pear.
For green, mix kale, spinach, banana, kiwifruit, and matcha.
Use coconut milk as the base for this pudding.
