Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 dl fudge protein milkshake
  • 2 big frozen black spot banana
  • 100 g frozen sweet potato

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Bake the sweet potato in the preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 1 hour. Remove the peel from the cooked sweet potato and cool it, chop it and then freeze it overnight.

  2. Some cinnamon and cardamom⠀

  3. Mix it all in a high speed blender until smooth, serve in a bowl and top it up with pb cups, banana, blackberries, peanut butter or whatever floats your boat.⠀
