Creamy Fudge Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 dl fudge protein milkshake
- 2 big frozen black spot bananas
- 100 g frozen sweet potato
- Some cinnamon and cardamom
Preparation
If the sweet potato is not frozen, preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), bake until tender for about 1 hour, remove peel, cool, chop, and freeze overnight.
Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Serve in a bowl and top with peanut butter cups, banana, blackberries, peanut butter, or other desired toppings.
