Creamy Fudge Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 dl fudge protein milkshake
  • 2 big frozen black spot bananas
  • 100 g frozen sweet potato
  • Some cinnamon and cardamom

Preparation

  1. If the sweet potato is not frozen, preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), bake until tender for about 1 hour, remove peel, cool, chop, and freeze overnight.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  3. Serve in a bowl and top with peanut butter cups, banana, blackberries, peanut butter, or other desired toppings.

  4. Enjoy with Lana Del Rey music.
