Refreshing Wake Up Smoothie with Citrus Zing

Ingredients

  • 1 blood orange
  • 1 apple
  • small chunk of ginger
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • handful of cashew nuts
  • few mint leaves
  • coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Soak cashew nuts in cold water for a couple of hours or overnight to make them creamy.

  2. Add a few mint leaves.

  3. Cover with coconut milk and blitz until smooth.
