Refreshing Wake Up Smoothie with Citrus Zing
Ingredients
- 1 blood orange
- 1 apple
- small chunk of ginger
- 1/2 lime juice
- handful of spinach
- 1 tsp maca powder
- handful of cashew nuts
- few mint leaves
- coconut milk
Preparation
Soak cashew nuts in cold water for a couple of hours or overnight to make them creamy.
Add a few mint leaves.
Cover with coconut milk and blitz until smooth.
