Snack Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 5 heaped tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut butter you have or tahini)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar or fruit syrup or any sweet liquid really or use a ripe banana)
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • extras - chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and form approx golf ball sized balls.
