Snack Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 5 heaped tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut butter you have or tahini)
- 3 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar or fruit syrup or any sweet liquid really or use a ripe banana)
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
- a teaspoon of cinnamon
- extras - chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and form approx golf ball sized balls.
