Snickers Stuffed Dates with Cashew Butter and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 9 dates
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the dates in half and remove the pit.

  2. Stuff each date with cashew butter and chopped cashews.

  3. Close the dates to seal the stuffing.

  4. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil to create a mixture.

  5. Dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate mixture.

  6. Sprinkle with additional chopped cashews.

  7. Place in the freezer for at least one hour.

  8. Store in the refrigerator or freezer for later use.
