Five Ingredient Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 8-10 soft Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1/2 cup canned and rinsed northern white beans
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • Optional: Cinnamon
  • Optional: Pink sea salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. If the dates are not soft, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.

  2. Blend the dates, beans, coconut oil, cashews, and coconut flour until a dough ball forms.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mix in any optional add-ins such as cinnamon, pink sea salt, or chocolate chips.

  4. Roll the dough into balls.

  5. Store the balls in the fridge to firm up.

  6. Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
