1 cup cashew butter (I used @artisanaorganics), 1/2 mashed banana, 1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp cinnamon. Mix it up then add in 1/4 cup chocolate chips ( I used @enjoylifefoods). Add to a cake/brownie pan (I use a square 8x8 one) that you’ve lined with parchment paper. Put in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. While it’s in the fridge, make the chocolate layer. In a small bowl combine
1/2 cup chocolate chips with 2 tbsp cashew butter. Melt for 30 seconds, stir, and continue melting/stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted. Add to the top of the bars and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Remove, slice, and enjoy ? Store in the freezer! #plantbased #paleo #choosingbalance
