Homemade Banana Candy Bars Healthy Treat
Ingredients
- a few bananas
- peanut butter (Pb)
- chopped nuts
- parchment paper
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- chopped cashews
Preparation
Slice a few bananas in half and then in half again to make four pieces each.
Layer the banana slices with peanut butter and chopped nuts in between them.
Line a plate with parchment paper and place the layered bananas on it.
Put the plate in the freezer for an hour.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Dip the frozen bananas in the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle the dipped bananas with chopped cashews.
Put them back in the freezer for about 2 hours to harden the chocolate.
Store the banana candy bars in the freezer.
