Spicy Steamed Fish with Curry Paste

Ingredients

  • fish
  • yellow curry seasoning
  • extra hot Sambal sauce
  • coconut cream powder
  • salt
  • oil

Garnish

  • garlic
  • chilli
  • onion
  • oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the yellow curry seasoning, Sambal sauce, coconut cream powder, salt, and oil to make a thick paste.

  2. Marinate the fish in the paste for 30 minutes.

  3. Steam the fish for 20 to 25 minutes.

  4. Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic, chilli, and onion, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Pour the hot oil mixture over the steamed fish and serve with rice or roasted potatoes.
