Stewed Spiced Maple Fruit and Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1.5 pears, chopped
  • maple syrup, to taste
  • pumpkin pie spice, to taste (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon)
  • a dash of water (about 1 tablespoon)
  • vanilla coconut yogurt
  • vegan fruit and nut granola
  • pumpkin spice almond butter
  • persimmon
  • blueberry jam

Preparation

  1. Place the chopped apple and pears into a saucepan with a dash of water (about 1 tablespoon) and cook until the fruit is soft.

  2. Stir in the maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice to taste. Alternatively, you can use other spices like cinnamon or ginger.

  3. Assemble the bowl by adding vanilla coconut yogurt, vegan fruit and nut granola, pumpkin spice almond butter, persimmon, and blueberry jam.
