Warming Pumpkin Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • ✨ 1 banana, mashed
  • ✨ approx 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • ✨ 2 tbsp oat flour (blended oats)
  • ✨ pumpkin pie spice (to taste, maybe 1/2 tsp)
  • ✨ date syrup (to taste, maybe 1 tbsp)

Preparation

  1. Chop your apple and sauté it in a frying pan (with some coconut oil) until lightly browned on the sides

  2. Meanwhile, mash the banana and warm through in a saucepan with the pumpkin purée and oat flour

  3. Once the pumpkin mix is warm, add in the pumpkin pie spice and date syrup, adjusting the amounts to taste

  4. Once the apple is done, stir through the apple
