Vegan Battered Salmon with Chips

Ingredients

Batter

  • 30g homepride plain flour
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 50ml lemonade

Main

  • Vivera plant salmon fillet
  • Tefal Actifried chips
  • Batchelors mushy peas original
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. Prepare the batter by mixing homepride plain flour, salt, white pepper, turmeric, baking powder, lemon juice, and lemonade.

  2. Coat the Vivera plant salmon fillet in the batter.

  3. Pan fry the battered fillet in hot rapeseed oil for about 8 minutes.

  4. Air fry the Tefal Actifried chips according to the package instructions.

  5. Heat the Batchelors mushy peas original as per the package instructions.

  6. Serve the battered salmon with chips, mushy peas, and Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup on the side.
