Ingredients
- Spring and Baby Kale mix
- Carrots
- Grape tomatoes
- Hemp seeds
- Orange zest
- Avocado
- Chickpeas
- Diced orange slices
- Broccoli
Dressing
- Orange zest
- Ginger zest
- Hummus
- Honey
- Sriracha
- Water
Preparation
Roast the chickpeas and broccoli until golden and crispy
Mix the dressing ingredients together until well combined
Massage the kale with avocado to soften it, if desired
Assemble the salad by combining all ingredients and tossing with the dressing
