Vegan Overnight Oats Parfait

Ingredients

  • 40 grams oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia jam
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

Toppings

  • Fresh fruit, nuts, granola, dark chocolate, or other toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a jar or bowl and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to set.

  3. Add desired toppings and serve cold or at room temperature.
