Vegan Overnight Oats Parfait
Ingredients
- 40 grams oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons chia jam
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
Toppings
- Fresh fruit, nuts, granola, dark chocolate, or other toppings of choice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a jar or bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to set.
Add desired toppings and serve cold or at room temperature.
