Vegan Pana Cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup of maple
  • 4 tsp of agar agar flakes

Preparation

  1. In a small pot combine all ingredients, and stir well

  2. Bring to a boil, constantly stirring

  3. Remove from heat, let cool for 2-3 minutes, keep stirring

  4. Pour into molds and place in freezer for 1 hour

  5. Once time is up eat or place in fridge and enjoy
