Vegan Pana Cotta
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/4 cup of maple
- 4 tsp of agar agar flakes
Preparation
In a small pot combine all ingredients, and stir well
Bring to a boil, constantly stirring
Remove from heat, let cool for 2-3 minutes, keep stirring
Pour into molds and place in freezer for 1 hour
Once time is up eat or place in fridge and enjoy
