Vegetarian Omelette Stacker Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • Squeakybean veg Italian deli ham style slices (about half a pack)
  • Spinach
  • 3 Asda light cheese slices
  • 1 egg
  • Morrisons peashoot salad

Preparation

  1. Prepare the omelette mix using 3 eggs.

  2. Cook the omelette mix on a single egg pan to make 6 or 7 small omelettes.

  3. Layer the cooked omelettes with the ham style slices, spinach, and cheese slices.

  4. Fry one egg and place it on top of the layered stack.

  5. Add the peashoot salad on top and serve.
