- White (Turnip), Yellow (Summer Squash), and Orange (Summer Squash + Carrot)

Ingredients

  • Steam 2 cups of chopped zucchini (or combination of desired veg/colour) in 1/2 cup of water for about five minutes. DRAIN water. Transfer to your blender or food processor with 4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (vital proteins or Great Lakes brand orange-red can)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • and about 3/4 tsp. sea salt or to tast

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and creamy then pour into a glass bread pan (can be lined with parchment paper but not necessary)

  2. Refrigerate to set for at least 3 hours

  3. You can also add garlic and any herbs to flavour it
