- White (Turnip), Yellow (Summer Squash), and Orange (Summer Squash + Carrot)
Ingredients
- Steam 2 cups of chopped zucchini (or combination of desired veg/colour) in 1/2 cup of water for about five minutes. DRAIN water. Transfer to your blender or food processor with 4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (vital proteins or Great Lakes brand orange-red can)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- and about 3/4 tsp. sea salt or to tast
Preparation
Blend until smooth and creamy then pour into a glass bread pan (can be lined with parchment paper but not necessary)
Refrigerate to set for at least 3 hours
You can also add garlic and any herbs to flavour it
