Ingredients
- 1/2 medium zucchini
- a handful of baby spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop of raw plant-based vanilla protein powder
- a healthy splash of almond milk
- buckinis
- chopped Brazil nut
Preparation
Blend 1/2 medium zucchini, a handful of baby spinach, 2 frozen bananas, 1 scoop of raw plant-based vanilla protein powder, and a healthy splash of almond milk until creamy and smooth.
Top the smoothie with buckinis and a chopped Brazil nut.
Note that the zucchini blends in without a noticeable taste, making it a subtle addition.
