Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cauliflower after it’s been in the food processor (optional: you can lightly steam with water for a few minutes to get it soft)
- 2 Cups Almond Milk (Something that is a bit creamier than rice milk)
- 1 Ripe Banana (this means heavily brown spotted) – mashed
- Dash of Ceylon Cinnamon
- Drizzle of Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp of almond butter or nut butter of choice (optional)
- 1/2 cup of apples or apple sauce (optional)
Preparation
Place cauliflower and milk in processor until smooth – remove
Add mashed banana with cinnamon and drizzle maple syrup and nut butter of choice / apple sauce
