3 Ingredient Pbj Bites
Ingredients
- 120g smooth peanut butter (i use @manilife ) ?
- 45g coconut flour (add more if your peanut butter is runny) ?
- strawberry jam ?
Preparation
Mix together peanut butter and coconut flour in a bowl until a dough forms. Optional choice to add a bit of sugar for sweetness. (Recommended to chill in the fridge for half an hour before the next step)
Split the dough into 6 balls and flatten one in the palm of your hand. Fill with 1/2-1tsp jam (you don’t need much) and fold over the edges to form a ball
Repeat with the rest, put on a baking tray and freeze for around 3 hours
Leave to thaw before eating - store in the fridge for up 3-4days
