3 Ingredient Pbj Bites

Ingredients

  • 120g smooth peanut butter (i use @manilife ) ?
  • 45g coconut flour (add more if your peanut butter is runny) ?
  • strawberry jam ?

Preparation

  1. Mix together peanut butter and coconut flour in a bowl until a dough forms. Optional choice to add a bit of sugar for sweetness. (Recommended to chill in the fridge for half an hour before the next step)

  2. Split the dough into 6 balls and flatten one in the palm of your hand. Fill with 1/2-1tsp jam (you don’t need much) and fold over the edges to form a ball

  3. Repeat with the rest, put on a baking tray and freeze for around 3 hours

  4. Leave to thaw before eating - store in the fridge for up 3-4days
