Beetroot Hummus Dip for Snacks and Spreads

Ingredients

  • 380g carton of organic chickpeas
  • 1 vacuum pack of organic cooked beetroot
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • juice of 1/2 large lemon
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • green chillies and coriander (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor or nutribullet.

  2. Add chopped green chillies and chopped coriander over the top, then mix.
