Beetroot Hummus Dip for Snacks and Spreads
Ingredients
- 380g carton of organic chickpeas
- 1 vacuum pack of organic cooked beetroot
- 2 heaped tablespoons of tahini
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- juice of 1/2 large lemon
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- green chillies and coriander (optional)
Preparation
Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor or nutribullet.
Add chopped green chillies and chopped coriander over the top, then mix.
