Homemade Yoghurt and Berry Bark

Ingredients

  • 500g plain yoghurt (can use dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 300g mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp pistachio kernels
  • 100g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Chop the berries into thin slices. Pour yoghurt onto a greased baking tray and spread it evenly using the back of a spoon ?. There should be a thick layer of yoghurt

  2. Melt the chocolate in a pan over a medium heat and drizzle onto the yoghurt ?. Use a chopstick or a knife to gently create a swirl ?

  3. Pop the berries onto the yoghurt and sprinkle over the granola and pistachios ?

  4. Put in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours or until completely set ❄️. Remove from the freezer, slice up and enjoy
