Salted Caramel Frozen Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 small block tofu (200g)
- 3 tbsp nut butter (I used @krukam peanut butter with salted caramel)
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- A sprinkle of sea salt
- Dark chocolate
- A few tbsp plant milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together except the chocolate.
Taste the dough if it needs more sweetener.
Pour it into a small baking tray and put it in the freezer for about an hour.
Melt the chocolate with a little splash of plant milk and spread it on top of the dough, and optionally add seeds, nuts, or shredded coconut.
Let it freeze for another few hours.
Enjoy and keep storing in the freezer.
