Thin Mint Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup @moonjuice cosmic cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp @moodbeli mushroom adaptogen
  • 1 tsp @frontiercoop peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • plant milk to thin
  • 2 tbsp @artisanaorganics cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp @rainbomushrooms forest juice, maple syrup
  • 1 tsp @sunpotion chlorella
  • 1 tsp @internationalharvest maca powder
  • 1 tsp @_healthforcesuperfoodsspirulina
  • 1 tsp @frontiercoop peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao nibs to garnish

Preparation

  1. Thin out the cashew butter with hot water until it becomes a spreadable frosting texture

  2. Add in the other ingredients

  3. Take out the donuts from the freezer and drizzle the frosting on top

  4. Sprinkle on cacao nibs — put them back in the freezer until solidified
