Turmeric and Ginger Shortbread Biscuits
Ingredients
- 350g plain flour
- 300g vegan butter (I use @bakewithstork )
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Preparation
Put the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until it is just starting to clump together. Do not over mix.
Press the dough together and roll out on a floured surface to about 3mm thick.
Cut out with a 6cm cutter and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until just starting to turn golden.
Cool on wire racks.
