Vegan Cinnamon Roll Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut probiotic yogurt (i used gt’s)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter (i used maranatha)
  • mix until a thick consistency and roll into bites.
  • for the frosting, melt:

Preparation

  1. Cup vegan cream cheese with 1 tbsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut oil

  2. Dip the truffles and place in the fridge or freezer until the frosting hardens (mine didn’t have enough time to) for the reel lol

  3. Store in the fridge or freezer (thaw and enjoy!)
