Bank Holiday Breakfast Bowl with Quinoa and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp raw cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Toppings
- fig
- walnuts
- cinnamon
- cashew butter
- ground cacao nibs
- cacao nibs
- honey
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a pan, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir.
Top with fig, walnuts, cinnamon, cashew butter, ground cacao nibs, a few cacao nibs, and drizzle with honey.
Note: This makes one good-sized bowl and is creamy and lighter than porridge.
