Chiapudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina almond meal
  • maple syrup
  • 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil
  • flaxseed oil

Preparation

  1. Blender in coconut milk and soaked chiaseeds in this mixture for overnight and topped with some extra seeds ,edible flowers and fruits so simple yet delicious
