Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Peanut Butter Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kodiak Cakes buttermilk pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips

Toppings

  • banana
  • raspberries
  • Aldi organic peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, almond milk, and egg white until combined.

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  3. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

  4. Serve the pancakes topped with sliced banana, raspberries, and peanut butter.
