Immune Boosting Smoothie with Superfoods
Ingredients
- 1 small handful goji berries
- 1 handful frozen mango
- 1 small chunk fresh ginger
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Juice of half a lemon
- 200ml kefir
- Nut mylk (to top up)
Preparation
Add goji berries, frozen mango, fresh ginger, maca powder, lucuma powder, raw cacao powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and kefir to a blender
Top up with nut mylk and blend until smooth.
