Immune Boosting Smoothie with Superfoods

Ingredients

  • 1 small handful goji berries
  • 1 handful frozen mango
  • 1 small chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 200ml kefir
  • Nut mylk (to top up)

Preparation

  1. Add goji berries, frozen mango, fresh ginger, maca powder, lucuma powder, raw cacao powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and kefir to a blender

  2. Top up with nut mylk and blend until smooth.
