Morning Tonic
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water 1-inch fresh ginger root
- thinly sliced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Dash of cayenne pepper Fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
Bring water to a boil
Add sliced ginger, lemon juice and hot water to a mug
Pour hot water into the mug and allow to steep for 5 minutes
Add a dash of cayenne, and parsley (if using)
