Easy Pomegranate Guacamole with Fresh Twist
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 fresh jalapeno, diced
- 1 garlic clove or garlic powder
- Few sprigs of cilantro
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of fresh black pepper
- OPTIONAL: tomatoes or diced onion
- Pomegranate for topping
Preparation
Add all ingredients and smash the avocados until desired consistency is reached.
