Pumpkin Pie Overnight Proats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • - 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • - 1/2 c pumpkin purée - 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • - 2 scoops unflavored protein powder (I used @vitalproteins )
  • - 2 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp nutmeg - 2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Topped with @traderjoes Maple Butter (this stuff is GOOD. Run, sprint, apparate don’t walk to TJ’s to grab some), cacao nibs and some PB

  2. Mix/shake everything besides the toppings together in a sealable container and store in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. Top with whatever you’d like and enjoy cold or warmed up—both are equally fantastic
