Pumpkin Pie Inspired Overnight Oats Treat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 scoops unflavored protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix or shake all ingredients except toppings together in a sealable container.

  2. Store in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.

  3. Add desired toppings and enjoy either cold or warmed up for best flavor.
