Pumpkin Pie Inspired Overnight Oats Treat
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 scoops unflavored protein powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Preparation
Mix or shake all ingredients except toppings together in a sealable container.
Store in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
Add desired toppings and enjoy either cold or warmed up for best flavor.
