Easy Homemade Gluten-Free Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 15 oz gluten-free chocolate cake mix
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix together all the ingredients
Spoon batter into approximately 36 greased mini-muffin tin slots using a tablespoon
Bake for 22-25 minutes
Let cool and add toppings if desired, such as chocolate frosting
