Gooey Chocolate Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 a cup of cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of your chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • chocolate filling:
  • 1 tsp of the leftover date water
  • 1 tablespoon of your chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
  • combine all ingredients in a blender and then spread onto the biscuit base. place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. .
  • chocolate top:
  • 100g of vegan cooking chocolate
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, and then pour onto the chocolate filling. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before cutting
