Overnight Vanilla Chia Pudding with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix and blend up the almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon

  2. Mix and stir chia seed into the mixture until evenly mixed

  3. Let it sit in the fridge overnight then serve with cranberry sauce and blackberries like mine or any preferred fresh fruits
