Healthy salad

Ingredients

  • 300 gm baby spinach
  • 1 1/4 cup pecan ( chopped & toasted)
  • 350 gm fresh strawberries sliced(about 2cup)
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberry
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries ( optional)
  • 2 medium avocado ( diced)
  • 150 gm feta cheese ( crumbled)

Preparation

  1. For dressing ; blend add all ingredients except poppyseeds, pour into jar & stir in poppyseeds & stir in refrigerator

  2.
