Roasted Tender-Stem Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 150g tender-stem broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced
  • water to loosen
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp dukkah

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190c

  2. Coat the broccoli in olive oil & some salt & pepper & then roast for about 15-20 mins, keep it crunchy !

  3. Make the tahini by mixing the tahini, lemon juice, salt & pepper & then enough water to loosen it to a dripping consistency

  4. Pour liberally over the broccoli & then finish with a sprinkling of the dukkah ! serve & enjoy
