Cherry and Almond Cheesecake Tart

Ingredients

Base

  • 40 grams grapenuts
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol gold
  • Moroccan almond extract
  • 1.5 tablespoons hot water

Filling

  • 3 extra light cheese triangles
  • kvarg vanilla
  • cherry flavouring
  • Moroccan almond extract
  • ground almonds

Topping

  • morello cherry compote
  • dark chocolate
  • morello cherry

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients together and press into a 12 cm tart tin.

  2. Add the morello cherry compote to the base.

  3. Combine the filling ingredients and spread over the compote in the tin.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the filling.

  5. Garnish with morello cherry and refrigerate until set.
