Easter Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 25g chocolate (such as @nomochocolate)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4.
In a bowl, combine the oats, boiling water, lemon juice, and baking powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in all the other ingredients except for the chocolate.
Line a shallow baking dish or small ramekin with baking paper. The size of the dish can vary as the mixture is thick. Alternatively, triple the quantity and use a shallow 8-inch cake tin.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chunks on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
