Sweet Cold Porridge Breakfast Delight

Ingredients

  • 50g Quaker Oats ultimate porridge oats
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tbsp erythritol granulated
  • 2 tbsp caramel chocolate spread
  • A couple of chopped pecans
  • A few white chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Cook oats and milk on the hob until thick, stirring occasionally to prevent a thick skin from forming.

  2. Pour the cooked porridge into a small serving bowl.

  3. Top with melted caramel chocolate spread, chopped pecans, and white chocolate chunks.

  4. Leave the porridge in the fridge overnight to cool and set.
