Quick and Easy Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons stevia (from Good Good brand)
  • 1 egg
  • Chocolate chips, unlimited amount 🤟🏼

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together almond meal, butter, stevia, and the egg.

  2. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir well.

  3. Form the cookie dough into small cookie shapes and place them on a baking tray.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  5. Bake the cookies for 13 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  6. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

  7. Challenge yourself to eat only one cookie while they are still warm. 😈
