Three Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ham or bacon pieces
  • Fresh scallions
  • Dry dill
  • Bell peppers

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ham or bacon pieces, fresh scallions, and dry dill.

  2. Clean and open the peppers.

  3. Roast the peppers in a 350°F oven for 12 minutes.

  4. Remove the peppers and let them cool while you make guacamole.

  5. Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture.

  6. Return to the oven and broil for 4 to 5 minutes.

  7. Remove and add a dab of guacamole, fresh scallions or chives, and serve.
