Three Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ham or bacon pieces
- Fresh scallions
- Dry dill
- Bell peppers
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ham or bacon pieces, fresh scallions, and dry dill.
Clean and open the peppers.
Roast the peppers in a 350°F oven for 12 minutes.
Remove the peppers and let them cool while you make guacamole.
Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture.
Return to the oven and broil for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove and add a dab of guacamole, fresh scallions or chives, and serve.
