Low Carb Paleo Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- canned salmon
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Lime mayo
- a couple squirts of mustard
- about 1 teaspoon chopped red onion
- 1/2 chopped orange sweet bell pepper
- about 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
- a couple dashes of balsamic vinegar
- a couple dashes of hot sauce
- a good number of shakes of bagel blend
Preparation
Chop the red onion, bell pepper, and cabbage.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve the mixture on celery sticks or gluten-free bread.
Tips
Garnish with pumpkin seeds and celery greens for added crunch.
