Low Carb Paleo Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • canned salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Lime mayo
  • a couple squirts of mustard
  • about 1 teaspoon chopped red onion
  • 1/2 chopped orange sweet bell pepper
  • about 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • a couple dashes of balsamic vinegar
  • a couple dashes of hot sauce
  • a good number of shakes of bagel blend

Preparation

  1. Chop the red onion, bell pepper, and cabbage.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Serve the mixture on celery sticks or gluten-free bread.
