Low Carb Keto Paleo Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • canned salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Lime mayo
  • a couple squirts of mustard
  • about 1 tsp. chopped red onion
  • 1/2 chopped orange sweet bell pepper
  • about 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • a couple dashes of balsamic vinegar
  • a couple dashes of hot sauce
  • a good number of shakes of bagel blend

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve the mixture on celery sticks garnished with pumpkin seeds and celery greens.
