Low Carb Keto Paleo Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- canned salmon
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Lime mayo
- a couple squirts of mustard
- about 1 tsp. chopped red onion
- 1/2 chopped orange sweet bell pepper
- about 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
- a couple dashes of balsamic vinegar
- a couple dashes of hot sauce
- a good number of shakes of bagel blend
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serving suggestions
Serve the mixture on celery sticks garnished with pumpkin seeds and celery greens.
Alternatively, enjoy it open-faced on gluten-free bread.
