Green Smoothie with Cacao and Berries

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 3 ice cream bananas (or other smaller bananas)
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • As much spinach as I could pack in
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth.

  2. The smoothie may yield over a liter depending on the amount of spinach and how strictly measurements are followed.

  3. Use ice cream bananas for a sweeter, lighter, and fluffier texture; other bananas can be used as substitutes.
