Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt of your choice (i use @alpro)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy

  2. I had some of yesterday’s Vegan Caramel Sauce left so I added a drizzle in the smoothie, soooo good

  3. Enjoy
