Healthy and Easy Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 2 dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom

Optional

  • Drizzle of vegan caramel sauce

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

Optional addition

  1. Add a drizzle of vegan caramel sauce if available.
