Healthy and Easy Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 2 dates
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
Optional
- Drizzle of vegan caramel sauce
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Optional addition
Add a drizzle of vegan caramel sauce if available.
