Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 large apples, cored and chopped
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt of your choice (i use @alpro)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy
I had some of yesterday’s Vegan Caramel Sauce left so I added a drizzle in the smoothie, soooo good
