Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tsps Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Start by chopping up your cauliflower and steaming it
Once it’s super soft and you can stick a fork through it, drain the liquid and blend it in a food processor until it’s smooth
Sauté your minced garlic with the butter(feel free to use olive oil if you’d prefer it, but I used butter since it’s what is used in classic mashed potatoes)
Then add your mashed cauliflower and rosemary to the pan
Cook for just a couple of minutes, until the flavors mix together
Then add your salt and pepper
And that’s it
