Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 2 tsps Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Start by chopping up your cauliflower and steaming it

  2. Once it’s super soft and you can stick a fork through it, drain the liquid and blend it in a food processor until it’s smooth

  3. Sauté your minced garlic with the butter(feel free to use olive oil if you’d prefer it, but I used butter since it’s what is used in classic mashed potatoes)

  4. Then add your mashed cauliflower and rosemary to the pan

  5. Cook for just a couple of minutes, until the flavors mix together

  6. Then add your salt and pepper

  7. And that’s it
