Pumpkin Spice Chia Fluffffr
Ingredients
- soak 2 tbsp of chia seeds overnight with 1 cup of oat milk
- a tbsp of @lakanto maple sweetener
- 1/2 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop of vanilla plant protein
Preparation
Blend in the AM with a heaping 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée and 1 scoop of vanilla plant protein (I use @nuzest - it’s my absolute FAVE)
Serve with fruit of choice - I chose peaches and figs! As well as cacao nibs, goji berries and granola (not pictured)
