Pumpkin Spice Chia Fluffffr

Ingredients

  • soak 2 tbsp of chia seeds overnight with 1 cup of oat milk
  • a tbsp of @lakanto maple sweetener
  • 1/2 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop of vanilla plant protein

Preparation

  1. Blend in the AM with a heaping 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée and 1 scoop of vanilla plant protein (I use @nuzest - it’s my absolute FAVE)

  2. Serve with fruit of choice - I chose peaches and figs! As well as cacao nibs, goji berries and granola (not pictured)
